as i see most mobos they say something about

64Gb, 4 x DIMM DDR4 3400(O.C.)/3333(O.C.)/3200(O.C.)/3100(O.C.)/3000(O.C.)/2933(O.C)/2800(O.C.)*/2666(O.C.)*/2400(O.C.)*/2133 MHz non-ECC, un-buffered memory.

That means if i buy a ram with 2400mhz it would read only 2133 and i will have to OC how it works ?

Solution
2133 is the default speed. All faster DDR4 memory will use XMP settings just like DDR3 does.

So you can use any speed memory on your motherboards compatible memory list, and then remember to turn on XMP in the BIOS, then Save and Exit, and the memory will do the rest for you. Very easy to use.
