hi guys, i wonder if my 500w power supply can run msi's gaming x gtx 1070.
specs:
i5 4590 3.3ghz
2x4GB DDR3
4xSSD 128gb sandisk
be quiet system power 8 500w 80+

no OC, all standard.

Hello... well... I see
84 watt TDP on your CPU B /
and 150 TDP GPU
So... 150 + 84 = 234 TDP
So we need a ,minimum of 234 Watts on the +12Vdc Rail... BUT we Don't want to be @100% of that power on that rail... So 130-150% is a "Great safety zone" I use B /
your PS has some "Fuzzzy" specs ... But says 2 rails of 24+20 Amps... So we will go by that B /

That's 44 AMPS@ 12Vdc... and is 528 "fuzzzzy math" watts on your +12Vdc rail.. B D

Ya your Good Kid B )
