Graphics card wont line up with the screw holes on the case.

I have been playing on my computer for nearly a month without using a graphics card, but when I finnaly got one and tried to screw it in I failed. The holes seem off set.

Should I drill a new hole which would correctly position the card? Or should I try something else?

Case: S340
Graphics Card:1070

Can't really tell by your photos but I'd assume you'd have a little wiggle room to flex the board/card into position assuming it's only a few mm's off?
How far off are the holes?
