I tested the internet speed from my smartphone and I get.
40~ ms ping
9~ mbps download
1~ mbps upload

The download and the upload speeds on my pc are the same but when I try to play cod I get 100+ ping. It doesn't really affect the gameplay but should I worry about something?

Also, will I get the same results on my xbox which is connected with a powerline connection?

Your download and upload speeds are fine.

Your ping is kinda irrelevant, since it differs from server to server.
For example, if you are located in Greece, and you connect to a server in Australia, your ping will be massive.
But for servers nearby, located in the same region that you are located, your ping will be small and sweet.

100 ms ping means the server is probably in europe, maybe Germany or even UK.
Assuming you are located in Greece of course, even though I dont know that.

Basically, more distance = higher ping. Try to always play on servers that are located closer to you.
The 100+ ping you reported isnt worrying. I can play just fine even with ping up to 200 ms. Higher than 200 and the delay is pretty noticeable.
