I have an existing wifi set up.Wish to create another wifi AP without the net. only for networking purposes . My router does support multi ssid, guest network. is it possible to have one Ap with internet access (with networking ofcourse) and other with networking only?

Usually a guest SSID is just the opposite of what you want. It has internet access but no access to local networks. If your router supports second source firmware you can probably accomplish what you want. It may not be easy.
