I have two questions, one about PSU and one about fans.

Solution
here are 4 quality psu's that will fit into the case. it will take any atx psu. http://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/antec-power-supply-hcg620m,evga-power-supply-110b20750vr,evga-power-supply-210gq0750,seasonic-power-supply-s12ii620bronze/

a couple are 750w but they are priced well so no reason to ignore them.

as for fans. the case can hold 6 fans all over the place. you won't need that many. i'd wait and see how the stock fans sound before changing them out. they may be quiet enough for you. here is what it can hold: from product page

1. Front - 2 x 12cm RED LED fans (included)
2. Top - 1 x 14 fan RED LED fan (included)
3. Bottom - 1 x 14cm fan (optional)(Fan screws must penetrate the dust filter)
4. Left Side...

I feel the current fans are too loud especially when playing a game, when idle you can hear quite you can hear them, when playing a game they speed up and start kicking up a storm.

Also is this PSU the same as the one in the list because I need them in GBP as i'm from England but the one on the uk amazon has a different name.

no, this one is the one i listed. much higher quality than the Bi model which is not worth getting https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01AHRQW34/ref=twister_B01B1NXCTK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

plus uk changes everything. got more models available to you so suggestions will change. check these out as a few other options to go with the evga b2 750w http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/antec-power-supply-hcg620m,rosewill-power-supply-capstoneg750,seasonic-power-supply-s12ii620bronze,super-flower-power-supply-sf650p14xehx/

as for fans i have used the Artic F12 and F14 fans and found them to be very quiet for me.

Ok, thank you. Actually, sorry about this but do they make those fans with blue LED's as I have had blue ones since i first got it and if get rid of them, it sort takes away a bit of coolness from it.
