Will my cpu will bottleneck the upcoming amd radeon rx 480 because im planning to buy it or should i change my cpu too ?

with a 970 or amd 480 you will be able to run 1080p with low med settings. Then if you upgrade your CPU in the future you will be able to get 1080p high settings.

my monitor is running on 900p so i can play it on high settings with rx 480 ?
and do you think there will be bottleneck on my cpu ?
