How much PSU Watts I'm gonna need?

How many psu watts will this system need?
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.20 GHz (probably will overclock);
Motherboard MSI H81M-P33;
GPU: GeForce GTX 750 Ti StormX Dual;
RAM: 8GB ddr3/1600MHz.
Right now I have 600W PSU, but I think it has only 50% efficiency, because the sticker says that Max DC Output is 300W (I'm not very sure what does this means).
Do I need another one, and if so, how much watts are enough?

All that matters is the specific model. You can't just go by labelled wattage of a power supply, it is a meaningless value.

There are calculators out there that will give you an idea of what wattage to look for.
Newegg has a pretty basic one here, but there may be better ones.

Also when picking a specific PSU, get a good quality one(tier 3 or higher) - use this:

Newegg's calculator is a joke. It's the most overestimating machine I've ever seen. Also, you can't expect him to go digging through the tier list and trying every single option - that'd take him forever. The list has not been updated in a while anyway so there may be better options not on the list.

300W is the minimum requirement.

We wouldn't know if your PSU is really 600W unless you show us the model.

You can question the term and wording "minimum requirement" as much as you like.

The point is to power up his system and have a good life.

My budget is around 50$, but i'm not living in USA and the prices here are slightly different.

If you tell me the brand and model of your current PSU then I can tell you if you're alright. 95% chance you are fine.

Well, I don't know them, because I was not the one who bought it - I'm upgrading my brother's old PC.

Your PSU is crap quality no doubt but it'll run those components with little trouble - its really a 400w unit max - you won't pull more than 160w as turkey has already mentioned.

Whether you replace it on a quality front is entirely up to you.

Oh yeah whoops I totally forgot your PSU says max DC output 300W. Yeah probably stinks, but as madmatt says a 750Ti will probably work fine on it.

300w max on the 3/5a total (lines only add upto 250w)

In all seriousness even a cheap antec or an evga b1 would be a massive massive improvement over that.
We have a first class nickname for those kind of electrical components in the UK but alas the crass wording breaks forum rules.

Unfortunately the good PSU brands are very overpriced and above my budget in my country.

You'd be swapping s low quality PSU for another low quality one which is kind of pointless really.

Your current PSU WILL run your system.
