Help! My graphics card keeps crashing/ feezing.

Sometimes (about 3 times a day) my monitor shows a random color and then turns black, with a buzzing sound. The computer seems to keep running as if nothing happened, and i have to use the power button to shut it down, have had it running for about 30 min just to see if something would happen. It only seems to happen while playing games and is quite inconsistent, sometimes i can play for hours and some other times only for about 30 min.

My specs are:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 770
RAM: 16 GB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, thanks for the reply.
Yes I have done a clean install of the latest driver.
I don't know specificaly, could check if needed. I know its around 500w though.
I'm not overclocking the card.
I have monitored the GPU temps and they seem alright at around 40 - 50 degrees c.
