Motherboard: Asus M4N82-Deluxe

It shows in BIOS
In ACHI mode
Connected to Sata 0/1 (Tried 2/3/4)
Swapped to a new Sata cable

Tried installing windows 7 took well over 1 hour to get to expanding 1%...

Reconnected mi WD VelociRaptors with Windows (7&8.1) on to test it, it shows but formatting takes 5-15mins. Transferring files and it stalls(drops to kbps), and sometimes disappears from "My Computer".

Tried AS SSD? and it doesnt do much in 5mins, actually ntohing at all.

So to surmise i would say it say it is either motherboard incompatibilty, or the SSD.. thoughts?

Solution
So i set up a RMA with the site i purchased it from.. figured i'd try wipe the attempted Windows installation off it, and give it another try atleast..
It basically freezes up my Windows 8.1, it either won't boot it and remains loading, or basically freezes my desktop and limits access to the Task Manager.
From what i can tell it's trying to make the SSD usable, but is unable too, simply freezing my system in the process and forcing me to hold the power button to shut down.

Not even sure a replacement is worth the trouble, considering the hours of trial and error on trying to get this to work.
