Which Combo is Better? Please help

Trying to decide which of these 2 I should get. here are both links. Tell me what you think. Thank you

I need those 3 items, but i'm trying to spend under $200.00 since I still have to buy a windows cd + key still since it will probably be required when I upgrade

Neither. It's a bad idea to buy a 2012 FX CPU in 2016. Go with a Core i3 6100 if you can fit it into your budget.

The one with the FX-6300. Slightly faster CPU with that combo. The FX-4350 has a slightly better motherboard for OC'ing tho.

I'm running windows 10 but I can buy the dvd + key for 40$ from ebay windows 7 then upgrade later to win 10 for free.

Benchmarks don't reflect real world usage. In video encoding, the i3 roughly ties an FX-6300. In file compression, the FX-6300 wins. In games, a Core i3 generally beats any FX CPU, including the 5ghz FX-9590, because games leave most of the FX's cores sitting idle, unused, and the i3's cores are very significantly faster.

Just searched a bit online looks like this is a heated topic, i3 vs fx-6300 lol very confusing. I'm not sure which to go with. Won't high end games use more than 2 cores though? That's the only thing that concerns me before buying. I don't want to have to upgrade after getting this one.

Ok I want to go with the i3-6100 now but can't find a cheap enough motherboard that will support it. The cheapest I found is this - used $75.00 - which is I guess technically still under $200. Do you know if any cheap ones that will support that CPU?

The GA-H110M-A is fine since you won't be OC'ing the CPU. Any DDR4 RAM will be fine. The board maxes out at 2133MHz, but that isn't an issue. Here's the specs for that board: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5589#sp
