I would like to build a gaming PC with the the budget of £1000 that would allow me to play new games on high settings if possible. I don't have an issue putting it together but am not so great with what parts are good and what to stay away from. I recently checked this CyberPower build

https://www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk/system/weekly_sales_III

But since i heard so many bad reviews about them figured i'd ask here for help also if possible I'd like it to be silent or not loud.

EDIT: After doing some digging I found this build and was wondering if it would be okay. The total come up too £927.37 as the website can not find the price of MSI B150M BAZOOKA itself.
