I'm currently having problems with my older PC which I have narrowed down to a possible motherboard problem, I want to replace the board however due to cost I have to keep most of the other components - CPU, Memory, power supply, hard drives etc. No daughter board used. I want guidance on selecting a compatible replacement board as Im not sure how to go about doing that.

The motherboard I now have is MSI k9A2VM-F V2 base on what I see written on the manual and on the motherboard.
Processor as written on the processor itself
- AMD Athlon II ADX2500CK23GQ
WAEIC AE 1024CPMW
9074853F00379

Budget for Motherboard $60
Im willing to buy new memory 4 gigs if needed
total budget $100 - $120
Want a Motherboard that will allow a dual monitor setup, two display port or a display port and VGA/DVI port, and with at least 4 usb ports and built in video and audio.
Best place for me to buy is Amazon.
Thanks for any suggestions
