Creating my own custom cables (not extensions)

I am finally making the switch to a modular power supply, I'd like to have a custom set of sleeved cables, but I don't want to pay 100 dollars for a set of sleeved cables. I know that I can sleeve the cables myself, but would it be possible to buy the connectors for an EVGA power supply to create my own modular power cables?

You could just get something like this http://www.frozencpu.com/products/9388/slt-04/Original_Molex_Mini_Fit_Pin_Extraction_Tool_-_ATX_EPS_PCI-E.html?tl=g44c133#blank and then get the sleeve color you want and the heat shrink tubing and reuse the connectors.

Yeah, I've been looking at that. I was looking at just buying presleeved wire to do it because it saves so much time, but I think I'll end up just resleeving my cables that way and spending some time doing it.
