Question about dual rail PSU

So I got my hands on a dual rail modular PSU (BeQuiet! Pure Power 9) with four 6+2 pin cables, two for each port on the PSU. I know nothing about multi-rail PSUs so I was wondering, does it matter which of the PSU ports I use to plug my graphics card in? I'm basically wondering if it's possible to plug everything on one rail and overloading it. My card is a 970 factory OCd.

Solution

It doesn't matter which you use, they are designed to handle the power draw of the GPU.

As for the rail,
http://www.overclock.net/t/761202/single-rail-vs-multi-rail-explained
explains how they work.

I unselected the "best answer" so you can decide what answer helps.

Sorry, I clicked best answer accidentally. Anyways, I already know that, but I have two ports on my PSU that take PCIe - does it matter which one of them I use? Are they on different rails?
