Can my gtx 750 support 144hz?

I would ask you guys.. Can my nvidia gtx 750 2gb support 144hz if i Play CS GO with lowest settings? Will i get enough fps?

No, no performance loss/gain at the same resolution, 144hz monitors only up the refresh rate so you can get a faster/updated picture. Also, you don't need $1000 to upgrade, with that high-end CPU you only really need an RX 480 ($200 USD)

CS:GO is mostly CPU dependent. Experiment, take off vsync and find out what frame-rate you're currently getting, on each setting. To take advantage of a 144hz monitor, you need to be able to maintain 144+ fps (which you already know).

i am hopefully soon going to upgrade my pc... but i need 1000 USD :(

because i said 1000$ is because the most of my computer needs to be upgraded but i keep my i5 4460 + 8gb ram + harddrive

(its a prebuilt pc i bought... at that time i did'nt know so much about pc's
