How it will .be affect if i use a normal psu with 6pin connecters 500w on my vga r7 370 and g3250 cpu and h81m s2pv motherboard with 8gb ddr3 hyper x ram....instead using 500w korean gaming psu...in srilanka i have to spend lots .of money to buy a gaming psu...how it affects speed .of gaming... (sorry for bad english)

It doesn't do anything, and it sounds like it'll be absolute garbage (seriously). If you need a PSU recommendation, we are willing to help. That "gaming" PSU is probably waiting to blow up.
