hi guys i need help choosing a monitor. unfortunately i dont want to spend the extra 100-150 dollars for a 144hz monitor. i mainly play csgo and i play rpg games. witcher, mgs etc etc
i only know that faster response time and higher refresh rate are important but i dont know which is more important so please help me.

my choices are

benq rl2455hm. 1ms response time, 173USD
lg 23MP68VQ-P 5ms response time but with freesync so i can play 1920x1080 at 75hz, 173USD
SAMSUNG C24F390F curved 5ms with freesync up to 70hz, 211USD

unfortunately there are few monitors available unlike in US. so i have narrowed it down to you guys. but if you still want to search here is the list available

I recommend getting the benq rl2455hm, you can always v-sync it to 60hz, and if you do that, there's really no reason for the freesync. Faster response time is something that would be better for the type of games your aiming for.

Vsync is not an option for me since it somewhat feels laggy. I also cant play csgo anymore below 70hz because i can feel the difference. If i go benq i will lower the reso so i can play with 75hz

Then the lg 23MP68VQ-P would be the better choice of the three, only thing the SAMSUNG has over the other two is the curve. Monitors/TVs don't work like that, if a TV/Monitor is 60hz, then it will stay 60hz regardless of fps.

both lg and benq supports i think 1280 x1024 and 1024x768 at 75hz.
so if i pick benq i would most likely play 1280x1024 75hz 1ms and if i pick lg i would play 1920x1080 75hz with freesync on and 5ms

I can't tell you what would be better for you, but I would personally go for the LG, 1280x1024 is a pretty big difference from 1920x1080, but gives you more performance. You don't necessarily need that for CS:GO, as it's not a demanding game. Either a lower resolution with a faster response time, or 75hz monitor at a better resolution for 4 extra ms response time, it depends on what you want.
