I moved my computer across the desk making the power supply rely on a different plug and now when I try to play games like Grand Theft Auto V every second the game stops and starts, 60fps - 0fps constantly. I don't know if this could be the power supply not powering the graphics card or motherboard correctly or something different.

GPU: GTX 1080 FE
Power Supply: RM650
Motherboard: Z97S SLI Krait Edition

Is there a way to fix this? I used to be able to run GTA V on maximum graphics with smooth 60fps, now it's unplayable. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I just tried playing CS:GO and it runs perfectly fine, just as it did before. GTA V still doesn't run. GTA V runs at 60fps on the menu but the audio has a huge delay. CSGO has no audio delay...

I read somewhere that someone had the same issue so they uninstalled Razer Surround, I just did the same thing, closed Synapse and the game works perfectly. I don't know why this has happened since I could use these programs on GTA V the other day.

Going to re-install Razer Surround in a bit, hopefully it stills works.

I had the same problem a while ago, I could play Cs:Go just fine with 250+ fps and I suddenly ran gta 5 at like 0,5 fps...

Uninstalled Razer Surround and everything was fixed
