Looks pretty solid to me. One thing though, since you're likely to have this build for some time have you considered waiting for the gtx 1070? They're very close to being released and around the same price as the 980 except they're faster than the 980ti. Assuming you may be keeping this build for the next 2-3yrs I'd rather have the 1070 myself rather than investing in a gpu that's about to be replaced by a newer model. Pascal is a pretty decent performance improvement.
