I don't know what PSU you want, the one I linked is more than enough for this build.
I'd also suggest to use M.2 NVMe SSD instead of the one you want since they are much (x2 and more) faster and do not need cables to connect (mounted on MB). They are slightly more expensive. For this capacity +-100$ more.
On top of that add 700-800 for the video card.
