my onida t.v having chasis no 11030343 have problem when the horizontal yoke wires are connected

when the vertical section is connected the device is turning on and a vertical line is coming on crt screen when the horizontal yoke wires are connected to it then the RH3G diode is blowing off and the output transistor is functioning perfectly
