Intel driver 3.0 USB Update cauesed all my USB to stop working

Hey. So i updated my Intel driver 3.0 USB Thing, im kinda noob In This pc World

so i dont know that much. But After The update, non of The USB ports Work, so i cant do anything now

anyone knows what to to?

Your MB has only one PS2 port, and try use the either PS2 mouse or keyboard only.
If you have the PS2 keyboard, try use the "Last Known Good Configuration" method. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/using-last-known-good-configuration#1TC=windows-7

If you have the PS2 mouse, try uninstall the UBS3.0 driver, and may try this too.
