So i bought my radeon 3 years ago it worked fine , it was on a little oc not high 100mhz more than factory on memory and core , and recently i got problems with bot ,i can boot only in safe mode and with 2 vertical bars/stripes on the monitor . What could it be and is it fixable ?

Ye i reinstalled drivers , checked all the cables and artifacting begins even at startup i managed to open the pc in safe mode still with this stripes , its definietly hardware but dont know which part maybe vram chips or sth
