Hi, i want to make my own pc, i did alot of research, and i want to keep it as cheap as possible.

These are the parts i was thinking of:

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K Boxed Quad Core @ 3,7GHz-4GHz

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 950 2GB Gaming 2G

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-HD2 (rev. 1.0)

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Power supply: XFX TS Series 550W PSU 80+ Bronze

Ram: Crucial CT2K4G4DFS8213 (2x4GB)

Hardware: WD Blue WD10EZEX, 1TB

Will this be good enough? Or are there parts that i could replace for the same amount of money and better quality?

And do i really need all this? Can i go cheaper, do i really need that cooler or can i go for a more simple one?

I don't need ultra-settings btw, im good with medium-high settings tho, as long as i can run them good.

(Btw, if i forgot something, tell me please ;p)

Thanks already!

It is around 500-600 euro in my country, think that's somewhere around 350-450$, not sure.

But isn't the i3-6100 jutst a dual core? I know that they have stronger cores, but wouldn't it be better to get the amd one for games in the future? Will the i3 6100 not struggle with games in the future?

I play some games that require 4 cores, that's why I'm not to sure...

The and one is also 65-70 euros and the i3 one is around 130 euros in my country, so I don't know if it would be worth that extra money and having the risk that I can't play 4 core games properly anymore..

Also thanks for the answers :)
