Can anything get in the way of the graphics card on the motherboard when installing?

Hello, just a quick question. I am going to get a GPU for my PC soon (I currently don't have one) and there are some things that concern me from what I can see. There are some things near where the graphics card goes into on the motherboard and I'm scared that it'll get in the way. Below is an image of the same motherboard I have and I've circled the things that I think will get in the way. Will the GPU touch those things or will the motherboard connector elevate the rest of the GPU so it doesn't? The GPU I'm getting is a GTX 1070.

I plan to connect the GPU in the top PCI slot.

Looking at that picture, the graphics card shouldn't interfere with anything on the board. The Chipset (the part you've got circled) should be able to clear the well below the card.

Thank you, I just had a look inside my PC and just realised that the things I circled are about the same height as my PCI slot, my bad haha.
