Is this a good preset build with a GTX 1070 from NCIX?

I am planning to get this build maybe October or until end of this year. I hope the prices will go down a little bit during Black Fridays and Christmas Boxing Day sale. But I will get this build nonetheless by this year's end. I am also waiting on the AMD RX 480 to come out and see which card is better for 1080p gaming. I will probably get a 1080p monitor along with this computer as well. Mouse and keyboard can be omitted since I have them from a previous build. Thank you for any suggestions.

GTX 1070 is a bit overkill for 1080p maybe the rx480 is a better choice for the money
Ive a 970 and im using a 1080p monitor and its more than enough
or maybe wait for the 1060 it you prefer team green
