Building a new PC I am new to this and would like to know if this is a good setup;

Greetings! Are you using the system for gaming? HTPC? Standard web/school/home office use? The main use of the computer will better determine which parts will suit your needs best.

Your setup looks fine with a couple considerations: (a) bishopi5 is correct about the gpu...quite old and will struggle greatly depending on the titles if you are gaming, but if you are simply web browsing, doing word/excel type stuff or just basic entertainment like movies and such, it will be just fine. (b) I do not believe that the b150 board supports overclocking to any great degree (and please, someone, correct me if I am wrong here) if at all, so if your are looking to go that route, you might want to research the board choice a little more.
