best cooling solution for my pc?

I have a MS 7641 motherboard, 8 gigs ram,r9 285 graphics card,a 550 power supply,and a fx 8350 cpu, im looking to cool my cpu based on my specs what is the best solution? should i upgrade parts for a better experience?

You can stay with the custom cpu cooler fan which comes with the FX, you can jump to an EVO 212 or, water solutions like H110.

What do you mean with better experience? at gaming? Which resolution do you play?

I really dont want to use that fan as it makes my room like 20 degrees hotter and the fan itself is loud as heck.
