Title says it all. And also what system do i use win 7 or win 10 ? Right now I1m using win 7. Thanks all.

Try to upgrade to W10 meanwhile its free!. nvidia recommends 500W or higher, so i would go for 550W if you don't have in mind OC'ing, else, try to go for 650W.

Thanks also wanted to ask is it matters what mhz is the ram? 2400 or 3200 ? If its not much of a difference i would go for the 2400 because slightly cheaper.
