I play a lot of GTA Online and it causes my computer to crash quite often, it has happen with other games such as CS:GO, and one a couple time with CIV 5. Sometimes when it crashes I get a loud noise coming through my headphones (I assume that it just a sound looping thing because of the crash. The only why to get the computer to go again is to hold the power button and turn it back on.

I have ran memtest on my ram 8 passes on each stick in the system alone and 4 passes with both sticks in the system.

When it crashes I don't get anything that seems to be relevant the only things it shows is Event 41 Kernal-Power.

At this point I want to think that it is the power supply but I am not sure, and I have no way to test if it is the problem.

Specs:
Asus Maximus VIII Ranger (Has latest BIOS update)
i7-6700k
Asus Strix 970
Corsair LPX (2x8) 16GB DDR4 2400 MHz
Seagate 1TB HDD
Corsair RM750
Corsair H100i GTX

As I cleaned my computer not to long ago there is not much dust or debris on the fans, and unless the power supply is overheating my temps for both my CPU and GPU are with in the acceptable range when running under a load, I have change my fan curve and settings in GTA (Most demand game i own) so that my GPU hardly ever goes over 60C, and that is usually where my processor is at as well. My case is the Noctis 450 which has a basement where the power supply is. Where can I look for the BIO's health screen?

Hello... check your System/MB manual "Boot into the BIO's"... The Power Supply's sometimes Do have temperature shutdowns/safety's too... if you plan to continue using it I would suggest with the case side off with these symptoms... or any overclocks reduced... B /
You have a monster of a card there... and are you over clocking?

I am not overclocking anything. Still not really sure what you want from the BIOS because i did not really see anything in regards to BIOS health, the only things was this ( https://gyazo.com/caf50cdfa2753e2e83af96027f963688)

No there is nothing else just happens sometimes when i play games, because when I ran the memtest passes i which the sticks of ram around in the board and i was able to play for a whole week until it just started again. If it is the power supply is there a better solution to cool it?

So is there anyway i can test this other stuff? When i run crystaldisk it does not say there is anything wrong the the HD. And if a better power supply would be the solution, what brand then, cause i thought corsair was a good brand for power supplies.

And the only other things I have connected to my computer is my Razer naga, corsair rgb k70, a blue yeti and a printer. But this happened before i got the blue yeti or had the printer connected all the time.

So at this point is there really anything that i can do. When i was tell you what else i had connect was just to see if you knew of any know problems with those devices cause driver errors.

Hello... Ok now leave them connected... and multi-meter display visible... and start increasing the graphic settings per TEST... (load on the rail) Do you start to the Voltage (Sag) drop as the GPU load increases? that means it's having problems with the current load.

ok so neither of them the 5 or 12 fluctuated. And i have been playing with my side panels off so i think that it is probably just from the power supply overheating because usually for how long i have been playing it would have crashed. If I was to get more fans for my case to better cool the other components would that help to not let the power supply heat up so much?

Hello... Good Voltage test... I'm proud of you... B ) always plenty of cool air helps here... heat is a direct relationship to life of electronics... it's summer in USA and in the 100's here.. I have to down clock my video cards... it's just mother nature... you have to adjust... Power Supplies all over the USA are failing right now in Plants from the heat increase... i'ts a maintenance nightmare with everything... B O

It could be the regulators next to your CPU too... are you water cooling the CPU?

Ok so i have the three fans in the front of my case pushing air in then the fans on the liquid cooler which is mounted to the top are pulling air out as well as the fan that is right next to the mother board on the back of the case. If i was to turn the fan on the back of the case around do you think that would be better. Or you could just suggest how I should layout my fans. Btw Thanks for all the help and support, you have taught me quite a bit so far.
