Okay, So I found this ancient pc of my brother and he said he'll reward me if I would be able to make it work. So I'm trying but since I'm no expert on this, I'm gonna need your support guys. It's a mPGA478B motherboard from intel. I don't really know where to put in those pins, (HDD LED, PW SWITCH, POWER LED + & - and the RESET SWITCH.) Please help. And which OS should I install? XP or 7? It's a pentium CPU.

For the images of the motherboard:

Solution
The front panel connectors are located at the edge of your board, next to the orange/red SATA port. You could use thse image as a reference point:

Though how are you sure of the board's model number? It could be a writing on a chip...?

Thank you for selecting my post as the Best Answer but did it really serve as the solution to your answer? You didn't followup with your current state of affairs after the post was given. It'd be helpful to the community if they could learn of where the thread ended up ;)

On another note, your choice of OS should primarily be governed by the drivers available to you. Forcing the drivers onto a latter OS can result in instability but you could make do with Compatibility mode in Windows 7/10:
Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility Tab>Windows x [from drop down menu].
