How to combine two wireless internet connections so customers don't have to switch connections

Hello,

I currently have two internet connections in my motel from the same provider. One is 40mbs one is 100mbs. The reason I have two connections is because my provider does not provide faster speeds than 100 and I needed more bandwith as the 100mbs line gets slow when I'm busy. Currently, I have 1 router with 4 repeaters and another with 4 repeaters (routers same brand, repeaters not same brand). When my customers walk to an opposite side of the building, their wifi will get weak (1 bar) and the have to connect to the second wifi connection to get full bars. I've attached an image explaining what I mean.

I want to combine the two connections, or have it in a way that makes it where if a customer walks to one end of the building to the other, it will seamlessly switch to whichever repeater is closest to them.

I have this same setup with 2 WAPs in my home, sometimes it will pick up the stronger signal, sometimes not, however if they switch off wifi and then switch it back on it will always pick up the stronger signal.

This is really the only solution available without replacing all of your equipment with stronger commercial grade stuff, mainly because its using 2 different connections. If it was the same connection you could use bridging.

While its not 100% seamless if you make the SSID and WPA2 password identical on both wifi networks, when the use loses connection on the first one they will pick up the other one. Worst case scenario they turn WiFi on and off on their device and it will connect to the closest strongest signal. Also make sure each Wifi router and repeater are on different channels so that they interfere with eachother as little as possible.

Thing is they'll never lose connection entirely, they'll just get 1 bar at the lowest. Would their devices still switch when they sense a stronger connection?
