Confused over this damn BIOS

Alright so basically, I got help from a user here before who stated that I needed to update my BIOS to run my new pc components, which was indeed correct, the computer would not boot without the update. So I updated said bios, and the process exhibited signs of failure and I had no idea what was going on, I had to restart the computer multiple times after it shut itself off for a good 30 minutes, so I absolutely didn't cancel the BIOS update. After I rebooted a ton of times, the pc worked with the new parts and it still does, as I've been tolerating it for months. Basically, the GPU usage spikes from 100 to 0% over and over ingame which causes UNBEARABLE lag. My temps are low as hell, with my GPU at below 60 at ALL TIMES. My cpu also never goes above around 60, even with a stock cooler. I'm wondering if the reason for all of the lag I'm receiving is from the BIOS, as I've been told by multiple people that it is probably a faulty bios update that's causing it. My motherboard is a BIOSTAR A960D+, my CPU is a FX-8320, which on the website clearly states up to the 8370 is supported. My gpu is a R9 380 with 4gb of video ram. I'd really appreciate advice and especially how to update the BIOS properly this time if it is the case, as the website gives very linear instructions, practically telling me to "go to the bios and press update" when there is no clear option. The way I did it the first time was by inserting a USB with a zip file i downloaded from the biostar website, from my motherboards page, and clicking on it to download, that didn't work so I extracted it onto the USB and ran it from an executable file and it seemed to update.

Would appreciate the help alot and as fast as possible, been going for months with rediculous lag spikes and I'd love to get it resolved and finally enjoy what my money was spent on.

I've been using the PC for months, the PC works but I believe the BIOS is a bad update or something, please read the question.

Hello... Ya it sucks when comps are down for sure, and keep getting bad advice... Ok... B ) You NEED to logged on as administrator to the OS...

let's see what the OS is reporting as the error... Right click computer-manage-System Tools-Windows logs-system.... Click on the "RED" errors, for more information... and files/drivers/Apps, comments/suggestions/information associated with them B )

Posting screen images from here will help me, help you faster... But copy and posting text will work too B )

Main things are:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{7022A3B3-D004-4F52-AF11-E9E987FEE25F}
and APPID

A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Avira.ServiceHost service to connect.

The Net.Pipe Listener Adapter service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

The VMnetBridge service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

The previous system shutdown at 1:53:58 AM on ‎6/‎19/‎2016 was unexpected.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Hello... Good Job... well... that one is from a communications call from Avira.ServiceHost VMnetBridge service APP 7022A3B3-D004-4F52-AF11-E9E987FEE25F id that didn't get answered.... in 30000 mili seconds
There you are... B ) that's the culprits "finger print" CSI the rest

Yeah thanks? But how does that link to my question.

Hello... find out who and what is Avira first... Try the wonderful Windows "search" OR look in installed program and apps and un-install it... it 's NOT a OS file... some side program? that's crashing your OS... it's nothing new in the field of Computers B )

have you ever REGEDIT?

Also nowhere did I say my OS was crashing.

Hello... I really Don't have video monitor and games for theses kind of TESTs... I'm good at fixing MB, BIO's and OS problems... and is why I took this... I like them kind of problems... B D

if I get lag it's the other players throwing hack Map or Server disconnects during the game... I'm using a GTX760... and medium type settings and Vsync and kick their butts. B )
