By the system crashing.
If you mean running programs stop with an error, and terminate with an error code.
Or the system freezes with no response when moving the mouse and the pointer on the desktop does not move.
Or a blue screen error message.
There may be two possible causes.
First of all if the memory in the system has an Xmp mode.
Try setting the memory in the bios to a lower speed.
Test the system see if it still crashes.
Then in your bios check that the voltage setting for the cpu is correct.
If you can change the voltage, or the motherboard supports any manual over clocking features or options.
Try adding about 0.250Mv to 0.500Mv to the core cpu voltage.
Also check in relation to memory, in the bios if there is an option where you can enable ECC memory.
If the option exists in the bios, for memory that is buffered, and un buffered, the option must be disabled as it will cause the system to crash or produce errors.
And if the memory you have does is of ECC type it must be enabled or again the system will crash.
If the system crashes when a program is run, but does not when sat at the desktop or doing something as simple as web browsing then it can be down to either the memory of the system is working at to high a clock frequency, a lack of voltage to it, or a lack of voltage to the cpu core it`s self.
Particularly if you have the cpu over clocked in any way including if Amd turbo mode is set in your bios.
