Hello guy. I recently Built a new pc, but some devices are not working properly, one of them the two front USB 3.0 ports set. I already connected the case USB 3.0 cable to my AsRock x99 extreme9 USB 3.0 slot. This's the first time I build a PC by my self. Maybe I connected the 3.0 cable in the wrong way. I noted that It has a little arrow sign at the end but don't know if it means something.

¿Can I make a test connecting the cable in the opposite direction? ¿is it safe for my mobo?
