Hi there,
I've made a rig for a new PC.
The PSU recommended was +- 428W.
So, if I use a 650W PSU, I'm having about 150W of safe margin.
428 / 0,87 = 492W, where '0,87' is the percentage of efficiency of the PSU (Gold: 87-92%). By this calculation a 550W Gold should be enough, but for future upgrades I will go with a 650W.
I'm looking for a Seasonic S12G-650 and a Corsair CS 650, both 80 PLUS GOLD. My doubt is: wich one is more realiable?
