I have put together my first custom PC build, and everything turns on and works properly. I have plugged my HDMI cord into the graphics card, and into the monitor, and selected the HDMI input on the monitor but it still says HDMI no signal, and then goes into sleep mode a few seconds later. I have looked up solutions on the internet for hours and still no luck. Please help.

Hello... your CPU has a IGT... and video output to the MB connectors on back... Look at your MB manual/pdf for picture and types you have... VGA DVI and HDMI on the back of your MB to use B )
I have plugged in the VGA, DVI, and HDMI all into the back of the motherboard in the designated spots firmly, and also in the corresponding spots on the monitor, but still no luck. Am i supposed to remove the graphics card so it will read it correctly?
Is it possible there is an issue with my monitor or motherboard?

hello... Yes... remove video card and power to it... use the HDMI @MB and set your monitor for HDMI... un-plug power from wall ~3mins... try a re-boot.
Hello again... I did what you said and removed the video card and its power source. I connected the HDMI to the motherboard slot, and switched the monitor to the corresponding output. I unplugged the power and waited three minutes, and it still says HDMI no signal... is there anything else left to try?
