Here's what i've put together.
[strike]Its a little over budget at $568, but gives much more performance given that it now has 16GB of RAM as a pose to 8, where many games are now recommending 16GB of RAM over 8GB with that level of graphics card. Let me know if that's too much of compromise and I can respec it for you.[/strike]

I've added a 120GB Samsung 850 Evo SSD for Windows, so the boot up will be MUCH faster than with a WD Blue. This puts the total cost at 633.
Again, as previously mentioned if 600 is the absolute max feel free to just remove the SSD from the listing and rock a HDD only, bringing it back into budget range.
Although in my opinion an SSD is well worth it, as it makes your experience much smoother and saves me a lot of time considering how often I boot up my PC.
Lowers the bootup time from something like 1:00 on a HDD to 0:20 on an SSD.
Also provides some additional storage!
