So i made the mistake of buying a used 212 evo off of craigslist. The guy said everything was in it and it was all good. I trusted him but then when i got home i saw that 1 amd bolt was missing. Ok no big deal im not using amd anyways im doing intel. But the thing is i cant get the bolts out because when i try to turn them loose it turns the screw on the X. I need help, anyway to fix this. This has to be a common problem. http://imgur.com/NZDzXa5

So you need to remove the bolts on the ends.

Get a pair of pliers, grip the bolt with the pliers on the hexagonal bit of the bolts.

And with a good cross head screwdriver tip, turn the screws on the X bracket anti clockwise Ninja.

Inspect the threads of the screws once you have removed the bolts.

If they look chewed or the threads are missing where the bolts were.
It means the Guy who fitted the screws into the bolts cross threaded them, stripping the screws threads.

If the case send the cooler back to him and ask for your money back Ninja.
