Hi all,
All day I have been having a BSOD on my PC 20 seconds after startup.
I've checked around the forums for help, but my error codes don't pop up anything.

Here is a link to my DM log diagnostic report that I ran in safe mode.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0u2q6X4b-nwOEZfMXJOM2lPRmM
If anyone has any help for this, I would be so thankful.
(I'm considering backing up all my data (in safe mode) and formatting my OS disk and just starting over. - I'm at my wits end).

Solution
after you fix your registry file from your system backup copy on your disk.
you will want to figure out why your registry became corrupted.

I would look at the SMART codes from your drive (run crystaldiskinfo.exe)
I would also do a malwarebytes scan and virus scan
I would also up date the various drivers for your machine (from the vendors website for the motherboard and your special cooler)
--------------

looks like services.exe was trying to access your registry files and could not synced up.

you might try to log on as a different user.
or try to move your backup registry files to replace the corrupted ones>
\windows\system32\config\regback folder. has the backups.

you have a bunch of drivers installed that I would not expect...
Hello... Hello... a start over or "Clean Install" will take only 15-30 for the OS and driver installs... if you have them pre-downloaded... step by step OS diagnostic could take? you could other problems MB/RAM/BIO's/hardware/? too. B /

it's possible to JUST re-fresh the OS too... and not lose programs installed in NON-Windows folders... you will only lose Windows updates.

\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\I1KBFLTR.sys Tue Oct 18 21:43:33 2011
C:\Users\Charlie\AppData\Local\Temp\iTurbo.sys Wed Oct 06 09:14:37 2010
Logitech WingMan Translation Driver
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\WmXlCore.sys Tue Apr 27 13:09:26 2010

basically all of your custom drivers are out of date.
