No mate , it's easy , but with your case being a htpc setup you will have to remove the board.
Remove the backplate, put the supplied one on , bolts go through back to front , 4 plastic spacers, heatsink arms on, 4 interlock bolts to fasten it down.
Heatsink itself screws on with 2 screws, fan clips on with a metal holder (the fan fitting is the pain in the ass bit if anything in a tight case)
No fancy spring loaders or anything so compared to most other coolers that require a custom backplate it's easier imo.
