This is a budget build. Any thoughts on whether this is a good build or if i should switch things out for a part that would run better in this build idk im pretty noob at this and want to hear from experience people. Advice please. Thank you.
Also most of these parts are used and bought from ebay and probably wont be coming with essential cable if someone could inform me on what cables i would need that'll be great.

FM2 is a bit silly to buy now, it's may even be slower than the first gem i3 CPU you picked, although the motherboard at least would be more standard than a Dell OEM one. There is not much that is really better than anything else for you if you are looking to spend so little on the system, everything you pick will have compromises in speed or longevity.

Went back and put in the prices and whether ive bought it or not thank you for the info.

For the prices you are paying would be tough to find better things, it's not a very good system for gaming with that CPU but for the price it's fine.

Getting an OEM Dell motherboard is a bad idea, they tend to have a lot of restrictions for RAM and video card it can run and the motherboard connections to the power supply and case may also be custom.

Don't know how much options you have with the CPU you picked though, that socket motherboards are tough to find.

Any suggestions on a good "bang for the buck" motherboard and CPU that'll fit the build? And what are my current restrictions with the CPU i have?

Well it's a slower and older CPU, so it won't run newer games very well.

For that little though you don't have much of an option, a i3-3240 with a motherboard will be about $80 on ebay.

I could possibly go with a Asus A88XPro motherboard for about $35 good idea? If so do you know any good fm2+/fm2 CPU to go with it?

The AMD Athlon 860k is a pretty nice fm2+ cpu but it is a little silly to buy right now as it is essentially a dead socket, i.e. no new processors will have this socket type. It is a nice budget cpu that runs for $75 new but you might find something cheaper used.
