It is normal for my GPU to be at it's 90s when playing games.I was playing a game for about 20 mins and it was 92 of temp constant. I run other test playing with 3 at the same in window mode and all high graphics, Final Fantasy 10, Quake Live, and Dirty Bomb. And still the temp it was 92 temp for almost 10 mins. Also, if my memory is not failing i remember it was 94-96 one time playing a game for a long period of time about 5 hours or more.I never experience a Shutdown in my PC using Auto Disk when leaving it for hours on rendering.

Your fan was designed to perform up to a capactiy of 100%. This is perfectly fine. The fan will do its job to keep the gpu temps down whether it is running at 40% or 100%. The only con of a fan running at 100% is the noise. But in terms of performance, that is what the fan is designed to do.
I'd suggest taking a look at how best you can increase airflow within the case to maximise heat dissipation. Although fans running at max is perfectly safe (but noisy) I'm sure you'd be able to decrease their operating speed to achieve ~80c temps if you look at maximising airflow with your other fans

No, that's not normal. Is your case dusty? Does it have decent airflow? Are you using a GPU control program like Afterburner or Precision X? You may need to set the fans to run more aggressively. Also, physically look/ listen to make sure the fans are running at all.

Yes, I have checked to see if there is any dust inside and it does have a decent airflow.I checked and set the Fan Speed to 100% using Afterburner, when playing a game i was getting 75C constant for ~20 mins. After a while at Idle i'm getting 59C using Auto that 36%.Also, all my fans are running normal, however the GPU Fan is the only one running fast and loud. It is ok to let my fan to run 80 to 100% for hours to keep a temperature of 75 to 80.
