I am running Windows 8 on my laptop. I am currently in a hotel, and the wifi will not connect. I plugged in directly, and though it says I am connected, I cannot access the internet using Chrome or Firefox. I could connect at the hotel I was at last week, however. I am able to connect to some public networks, and not others. I was using Norton Security, and Webroot. Any assistance would be appreciated.
