i wanna use vm ware software ,so i need ram capacity to be high atleast 8gb ,can you tell me ,if 8gb is capatable for this pc
i have amd athlon (tm) ii x2 250 processor 3.00 ghz ,can i add 8gb ram

yes you just gotta open the case and put in a 8gb ram stick in the motherboard ram slot.
