I've upgraded my GPU (GTX 560Ti to AMD R9 390) 3 months ago and since then I'm having problems. Well first, games started to crash after I played them for a while and I realized the temperatures of CPU and GPU were too high (CPU 80 sometimes 90 celcius degrees while gaming) so I renewed thermal paste and cleaned the dust of the CPU fan and that seemed to solve the crashing issue. Idle temperatures of CPU are kinda decreased (45 to 38-40 celcius degrees) and idle temperatures of GPU are around 48-50 now. But when I enter a game (ex. Battlefield 3) temperatures still increase a lot. And after playing for a while I sometimes get black screen with sound loop (This happened on BF4 after 1-2 minutes and CSGO after 30-40 minutes) Here are the temperatures while playing Battlefield 3: https://imgur.com/hqMcaV1 (CPU hz is CPU speed, MEM kul is MEM usage of CPU and RAM page is RAM page file). Also the first percentage beside R9 390 is the usage of the GPU and the second one is the percentage of fan speed of GPU.

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770 Socket 1155 @ 3.4GHz (CPU Speed is 3.81GHz according to Intel Processor Identification Utility)
CPU fan: Stock Intel fan
GPU: Asus R9 390 Strix Gaming DirectCU III 8GB 512 Bit
Motherboard.: Asus P8Z77-V PRO Intel Z77 Socket 1155 DDR3 2560MHz SATA 3.0 USB 3.0 HDMI&DVI
Case + Power Supply: Cooler Master HAF 912 Advance GX 80Plus 750W MidT ATX
RAM: 2x4GB RipjawsX DDR3 1600MHz Cl9 1.5V Dual Kit RAM
System is 4 years old except GPU.

Solution
we have a 3rd gen computer as well. stock fan is a bad idea.
the amd cards put out a lot of heat so that affects your cpu.
but having a stock cpu fan is not good.
buy a 212 evo.
