Is there a way to connect more case fans with fan control?

I have a mobo that has only 1 case fan connector which is already used. I want to connect 4 more fans (2 on top and 2 on the side) but also want to be able to control their speeds. Is there any way to do this?

Looks cool, but then I have to connect this to the psu and the fans to this, right? And is there a way to let the pc control the fans with a fan controller like this?
