Windows 10 won't boot after RAM Upgrade

I understand this issue has been discussed several times in the forum but I can't seem to find a solution to this yet.

I tried upgrading my HP Probook 4320s (Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 M380 @ 2.53GHz, Max 8GB RAM supported, dual channel) from 1 x 1GB and 1 x 2GB to 2 x 4GB Kingston DDR3 PC3-10600 1333MHz 204 Pin SODIMM. The older ones were the same spec. When I power on, it gets to Windows logo but then gives me KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE. BIOS recognizes the 8GB RAM, but windows wont boot. I swapped them to the old modules and Windows works just fine.

Could anyone help me with this please?

Yes, I have tried both together and separately on both slots, but the windows wont boot. I'm not sure if they are faulty because the BIOS recognize them.

I have checked various sources and they all confirm that the max supported RAM is 8GB for this model??

Also, if that was the case it should have booted when I tried only one 4GB module. It still doesn't boot but the BIOS recognizes the 4GB.
