"Your PC ran into a problem..." error after cleaning inside of PC

So, I took out my motherboard and used a can of compressed air to clean the inside of my pc for a bit. After I put everything back together and tried to start it up, it gave the "Your pc ran into a..." error.

What did I do wrong ?

Windows 8, 8.1, or 10 do not actually shutdown when you tell it to. To get a true shutdown, so you can do things like this, you need to hold down shift while you click Shutdown.
